* The lectures within Tolley Seminars Online will only play on mobile devices that support flash (.swf), mp4 or mpeg-4 files.

Following the subscriber survey we carried out some time ago, it was clear that  CPD tracking was a feature that many of you felt would greatly enhance this service - we listened to you and have now built this feature in to the website.

To set up your individual CPD account, simply click on the TolleyCPD menu link and set your target for the year. Each time you watch a seminar, pass an associated online* quiz or download notes, the system will record the activity and add points to your record as you move towards your annual goal. You can also add off-site activities to this record so that all your CPD effort is recorded in one place!

*For those of you that would prefer to continue taking offline quizzes and printing individual CPD certificates upon successful completion, you can select the quiz 'Download' option beneath the 'Take Quiz' button.
Please note: if you use this quiz method, the online system will not be able to record your quiz activity automatically - however, the system will allow you to add this CPD activity manually by recording a comment.

There are two options to choose from - Online or CD-Rom. Each service comprises 8-10 monthly update seminars in both Personal and Business Tax. There are also four Audit and Accounting updates a year. Each of the seminars is cross-referenced to comprehensive notes that provide you with a powerful commentary and future reference source.

CPD Certificate

After watching a seminar you will be able to complete a quiz. On successful completion, you can print a CPD certificate to forward to your professional body. Please check first to ensure that it will accept electronic learning for structured CPD.

Watching a Seminar

From the home page click on the subject area you wish to study (Personal Tax, Business Tax, or Audit and Accounting). You will see a list the latest seminars. Click on any title to watch the seminar immediately online, or click on Download all seminars so that all the seminars can be saved to your computer. You will find accompanying notes for all the seminars, which you can print. Once the seminar is open, use the controls along the bottom of the screen to go to the relevant section. Each seminar has pause, fast forward and rewind controls.
